Desky Return Policy

Whether your work happens at home or in the office we understand the importance of choosing the right desk to suit your workspace. To start, you’ve made the right choice by choosing the latest in height adjustable desk technology with DESKY!

Worry-Free Returns

We want you to love your DESKY.  We are confident that you will after putting it to the test, but if you don’t love it – we’ve got you covered. Reach out to our team first to see how we can work with you to get the best results from your products and a complimentary assessment of your ergonomic setup. Understanding the best ergonomics for you and our products is what we do!

If you find you still need to return a product, all ‘as new’ condition products with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund.  You just need to cover the shipping cost.

Initiate A Return

All returns must be authorised by Desky before sending any products back to us. To initiate a return simply contact one of our helpful Team Members via the Contact page or by sending an email to hello@desky.com.  We will respond quickly with the returns instructions you need to get started.

Return Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that products being returned meet the conditions below:

  • Returns Period: 30 days from the delivery of your order.
  • Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs.
  • Product Condition: The product presents ‘as new’ in appearance and shows no signs of wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that are not in a sellable condition.
  • Packaging: The product is completely disassembled and packaged in its original, undamaged packaging with all product stickers, tickets and tags.
  • Damage Fee: May apply if original packaging is not returned, or goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts when return is received.
  • Return Documents: The products being returned include a copy of the original order invoice.
  • Excluded Products: Custom orders, bulk orders of more than one desk or multiples of 3 or more of any other items.

 

Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order we will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Damaged Products

If you have received damaged products please notify Desky within 3 days of delivery with photo/video evidence of the damaged products. We will cover return shipping fees and costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Product Failures 

Where a product suffers from a failure during its useable lifetime, the Desky Warranty Policy applies and we will provide a repair or replacement. We will cover any shipping fees and costs.
